I am informing you that I dated 13/06/2015 time around five in the evening, was given charge of Rs 100 to Rs 25 Power Plus I was recharged. But my entire balance is debit. In this regard, I have spoken many times in customer care; someone did not solve my problem. customer care official said that half an hour later the phone Try to get all the information you will be half an hour later I called customer care but did not get any information. Then the officer (subham gupta) said you call four hours later I called four hours later but did not have a solution, then I called the customer care officer at the date 16/06/2015 (shruti) the that you write to 121 vas sent out I did not have any solution. Similarly, I often just being annoying. So I politely request that my balance would be returned to me immediately. If not, then I will be forced to file the case in consumer court.
