The amount transferred to AIRCEL DATAPLAN (3G) on 21st June sunday at 7.26pm via netbanking (HDFC) has not reached AIRCEL – nor Igot any message from them. I only had a message from my HDFC bank that the amount Rs.198/- has been debited from my account. I didn’t get my GB also credited as the amount has not reached the AIRCEL.

The bank ref no. is 621192630.

    We have investigated your issue and found that we are not in receipt of any amount of Rs.198/-, you have to check with the bank for refund.
