I have recharged with Aircel Rs. 155 3G/2G net pack validity for 28 days in last month on 13th June but the said facility did not work and when ever I switch on Mobile data the amount from my main balance amount was deducted. I have press *401# but one message was coming “connection problem or invalid MMI code”. I have tried the customer care but it didnot work and today i.e. 4th July, 2015, I have again recharged the same net pack but my net is not working and again deduction is going from my main balance and the *401# is not working and the same message is coming “connection problem or invalid MMI code”. Is Aircel is cheating the customer?
