Subject – Regarding removal of broadband service from our newly installed Landline number 0731 – 4215132

Dear Sir or Madam:

We WAG Mobile Software Services Private Limited bearing the Account no.7014608214 under which we are using your landline and broadband services for our number: 0731-4215132.

We no longer require your broadband services so kindly disconnect the services of broadband on the number: 0731-4215132 as soon as possible. Please note that we will be continuing with the landline number service on this number.

Please disconnect the internet/broadband and refund the modem deposit amount (775.00) taken at the time of account opening for the purpose of broadband connection irrespective of whether you get a new customer for it or not. Upon talking with your local head Mr. Dhirendra Soni, the refund for Modem is dependent upon him finding another customer for the same. I am inclined to take this to consumer court as this is not what we were told at the time of opening the account with Airtel.
