Dear Sir / madam,
I did my online recharge via my Frecharge mobile app for my Airtel prepaid no on 28th June 2015 for Rs. 200/-. My amount has been cut & recharge not came. I did lot of communication to Airtel for getting back money but they are saying its third party problem (freecharge). I have sent these communication to freecharge since they even not have any customer care telephone no it seems!!!
From now onwards, I will not use that freecharge & everyone should stop this fraud people who will show some offer & get the commission & not bother for the consumers.
I hate even Airtel for poor show…
