We are a small group of professional consultants & have gone for AIRTEL service due to the availability of range in entire Maharshatra / Goa.
However for last six months we are facing serious problems of AIRTEL range in our office.
Our office is located at Thane-West.
We lodged complaint with AIRTEL. Their person came & stated that no issue fo signals. If that is teh case how come all of us are facing serious problem of signals? I can understand if one or two persons are facing this problem then may be due to handset but if all of us (Around 5 to 6 persons) are facing same problem means something is wrong & may need installation of some booster etc.
However it sounds that AIRTEL is no longer interested ion resolving complaints & their customer focus is reduced. If that is teh case let them state accordingly so that we can switch to other service provider.
