I had ordered a HUL Pureit WPWS100 classic 14-litre Water Purifier (Blue) , from Amazon India on 06.05.2015 for Rs 1,329/- , order number was 171-0993170-2217141. I received the mentioned product on 11.05.2015 around 3 pm. On the same night I installed the water purifier at my home but I found that it was leaking.
On 12.05.2015 around 12.05 a.m I called customer care and they told me that it will be return picked up on 13.05.2015 by their company and money will be refunded in my bank account. I have filled an online details form for my bank details . The name of the customer care executive was Raghuveer. Consecutively I have called and sent emails for return pickup and spoken to their customer care executives Abhimanyu S, Yamini Goud, Shivam b, Yusuf, Randeep S, Islamul H, Ashwani A, Varalakshmi.R , Divya S respectively.
Neither they have picked up the defective material and neither the money refunded .
Please help me out , I am In a fix.
