Complaint Date:

iBall Slide 3G 7345Q-800 Tablet was delivered to my address on 6th/7th March 2016. On recharging to use, I realise practically the entire day hours i have kept it in charging, thus compelling me to unable to take it in travelling. and today being 28/3/2016, though have written earlier too to Amazon, when i remind them the guarantee-n-warranty for a replacement/ return, they are just in denial of doing anything and closing the matter. Additionally, they want the consumer to visit the iBall local dealer, what service is this – post sales????
AMAZON IS A CHEAT LIAR, what they post on website and the reality are TWO POLES APART ACTIONS.
