I have done a ticket from Yatra.com through the mobile application from Bangalore to Delhi on 30th may, 2015. During the payment process, the webpage displayed an error message. Immediately I got a call from Yatra.com not to go back and do the payment. Instead asked me to open a new page. I have done so and this time I have successfully done a ticket through ICICI.
About the failed transaction, I have contacted both Yatra and Yes Bank. They have confirmed me to resolve the issue. However, now both of them have sent me an email that the transaction was successful from their end and there is no pending amount. Amount of 6100 went to BLACKHOLE. I want to register a case for both of them with adequate compensation for mental agony.
