With lot of frustration and pain I am writing this mail to you. I am a loyal customer of SNAPDEAL, I have ordered a mobile through SNAPDEAL, bearing g Order ID: 11015883731 and got delivered on 12th Jan 2016.Product which you have delivered me is a defective product, with having battery issue,drains within an hour and hanging issues and every time mobile restarts. For the same I have requested for replacement of the product on the same day. Till now there was no proper response from your team, I contacted many times to your call center and finally today one person called me and asking me to go the Lenovo Service center. If I having time and health condition is all right I could have bought from the mobile shop, why I should order through SNAPDEAL? This is the service you are providing to the customer? Because of my health issue I have ordered through SNAPDEAL hoping for good service. I have not even used mobile a day before that itself it started giving problems.
Before ordering my friends suggested not to order through SNAPDEAL, but still hoping good service I have ordered, but today I got the real taste of SNAPDEAL service.
As a last sort I am escalating to your level,So kindly inter-vein in this and replace my product and give me the justice.
