We had ordered thru Tinyowl site from “Peetuk” restaurant on 16th August’15 at 8.15 pm through mobile app. The money, Rs. 380.00 got debited (200 Rs from Tiny Owl App + 180 Rs from Citibank Credit Card). They added 150 Rs more to my account, and said it will be added once it is delivered.
We were franatically calling Peetuk Restaurant at 10.15 pm and asking for delivery. They said no order has been received by them. We tried finding out Tinyown number, but no number is there anywhere in the site or justdial or ask helplines. At 12 midnight, we receive a message saying they will not be able to deliver the items and they are crediting 200 Rs back. WHAT ABOUT MY CITIBANK CARD MONEY?? WHICH GOT DEBITED FROM MY CREDIT CARD?? 3 DAYS HAVE PASSED, NO INTIMATION FROM TINYOWL ABOUT THE MONEY.
THIS IS A VERY SAD SITE AND AWEFUL SERVICE. I REGRET HAVING TAKEN THEIR SERVICE AND WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY. PEOPLE SHOULD REFRAIN FROM USING THIS APP.
PLEASE MAKE TINYOWL.COM PEOPLE TO GIVE BACK MY MONEY WITH INTEREST AND THE HARASSMENT I HAVE UNDERGONE AND PHONE CALLS I HAVE WASTED FOR THEIR PATHETIC SERVICE
