Complaint Date:

Company Name:

Dear Sir,

My self Sathyajit Rao having a salary account with you in Karnataka kolar branch,

IFSC Code: UTIB0000814

where i have never visited the branch from my account opening date ( i.e. 2012 )

on the officer named NARESH from kolar branch use to interact with us in our college for account opening/FD/Demat & he was like a trust worthy person & may of my colleges has made FD’s in the college only for 5years & more respectively but from few days Mr. Naresh has stopped visting our college & so we calling customer care a to en quire about our FD’s as per the customer care there are no FD’s in our name’s & was Shocked by that news post which we are trying to contact him from few days he avoids our phone calls..

And one more thing after taking personal loan or any OD loans from Kolar branch after the loan amount is credited to our accounts Mr. Naresh use to take 1% of the loan amount saying it is the charges for giving the loan & when i enquirered in the customer care the absolutely sure there are no charges like that but almost from our college he has collected 2lacs as charges after the loan is credited.

And to open a account he is taking 15000 but after the account opening there issue to only 10500 so request you to check let us what is that making AXIS Bank so costly to open the account.

My details as follows,

Customer Id: 844963491
Acc no:912010034506939
opening date: 2012

We all request you to look on this person as nobody is responsible for this kind off issue’s & i had dropped a complaint letter in the branch Complaint Box but i had never received any feedback about that.

Please sir Kindly get our amount back & provide a good service to us.

Regards,
SDC Team.
