I Purchased Spice Mobile MI-514 from Homeshop 18. (IMEI No: 911429650392136#911429650392128). Invoice No: NITCDRH/DRH/04/2015/4494504, Invoice Date:05/04/2015, Sub-order No-102444505, Order No- 967720061, Order Date:- 04/04/2015 (Find here attached bill- It is in warranty.)
In December or January(i not remember exact date), I face some problem in My mobile MI-514. So I reach your service center near me which is Hari Om Mobile Care, At Mehsana, Gujarat. He send mobile at service center and I get it back after fifteen days.
I facing problem again in my MI-514 Mobile on 05-feb-2016. So I reach your service center near me which is Hari Om Mobile Care, At Mehsana, Gujarat.
I handed over him my mobile on 05- feb-2016 at evening.
As per company record it submit on 09-feb-2016. (i have no problem) .
But this time they take more time……
I talk with customer care on 04-March-16 at 12.15 at noon with Sahilji , they told me that due to unavailability of parts you get mobile within 7 to 10 days.
I am very upset due to that much of time taken by company. Approx one month pass away but still not get my mobile.
At 14-March-16 I gain call Spice Customer Care, with Dipakji, they told me same. (Due to unavailability of parts you get mobile within 7 to 10 days)
Today I again contact by telephonic talk with costumer care, with Pallaviji of Spice they told me Same (Due to unavailability of parts you get mobile within 7 to 10 days)
Today i am very angry with costumer care of Spice.
Please let me know what we do with company ?????
Till today there is no call from costumer care side. All communication done by me.
If company take this much of time for repairing mobile then ……..
Please do needful in this matter.
