Subject: There should not be BY-ELECTIONS- SHEAR WASTE OF MONEY;

Honorable president/ Honorable Prime Minister/ respected Chief Election Commissioner,

SIRS,

IT WILL BE SHEAR WASTE OF MONEY TO EXCHEQUER, IF WE RESORT TO HOLD BY ELECTION! EVERY TIME, THE WINNER/ ELECTED CANDIDATE BECOMES DISABLED, DUE TO SOME REASON, OR THE ELECTED CANDIDATE DIES DUE TO HEALTH REASONS. IN CASE DEATH HAS HAPPENED UNDER MYSTERIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES, THEN IT WARRANTS INVESTIGATION.

IN ALL OTHERE CASES OF DEATHS/ REGULAR DISABILITY,  DUE TO KNOWN REASONS, THE FOLLOWING STEPS SHOULD BE ADOPTED, INSTEAD OF GOING IN FOR BY-ELECTION;
1 TREAT CANDIDATE WINNING HIGHEST NO OF VOTES AS THE PEOPLES’ CHOICE, THE PERSON MOST SUITED FOR ADMINISTRATION OF COUNTRY/ STATE AND ACCEPT THE VERDICT AS WINNER. THE SECOND HIGHEST VOTE GETTER SHOULD BE CONSIDERED AS RUNNER OR SECOND PREFERENCE WINNER/ RUNNER.

2  THIS PREFERRED CANDIDATE, STANDING AT 2ND PLACE IN TOTAL NO OF VOTES, SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY CONSIDERED AS PEOPLES CHOICE. ANY FOUL PLAY, IS ESSENTIALLY TO BE INVESTIGATED! BEFORE HANDING OVER ” THE MOST RESPECTED SEAT OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR COUNTRY’ S OR STATE LEVEL ADMINISTRATION.

3. IF 75% OF THE TERM IN OFFICE HAS BEEN COMPLETED, EVEN THEN, THE RESPECTED SEAT OF PARLIAMENT/ STATE SHOULD BE KEPT VACANT, AND NO DECISION IS TO BE TAKEN, TO HOLD BY-ELECTION TO CHOOSE A CANDIDATE, FOR BALANCE 25% OF REGULAR TERM OF PEOPLES PARLIAMENT/ STATE?

THE ABOVE STEPS WILL AVOID DOUBLE EXPENDITURE BY THE EXCHEQUER, ” FOR CHOOSING A CANDIDATE FOR A SEAT, IN THE ALREADY ELECTED BODY OF PARLIAMENT/ STATE, MANDATE GIVEN BY THE PEOPLE OF THIS DEMOCRACY.
