We purchased Samsung Led TV – UA40J5100ARL/XL on 21-05-2015.
we saw some black patches were seen, so we made a complain and company changed Display panel on 5th Feb 2016. After some time,
again above problem was happened. so in that issue we register our complain to Samsung on 8th May 2016 and the company agreed to replace a new Panel. But my question is that company should give me a new piece or the problem should be solved seriously.
Changing panel is not a solution.
Please solve my problem before warranty expires.
Please do the needful in this matter.
