Bloody service by micromax

I had purchase a micromax mobile smart phone in May-2015. I have Bill and guarantee card also the Mobile set No. A104 had get problem of back key and touch screen and I visited to Micromax service Centre chadha complex Moradabad and they had advice to send the set to company for repair on dt.28.08.2015 and same had informed to customer care NO.18605008286. It has confirmed by Mr.Ravi Kumar Customer care executive to get 20 times but when I discussed with customer care after completion of the period 20 days they has give their further commitment of 15 days more.

In this way approx. Rs.300 has already lapse to discussed with various customer care of micromax. I am totally confuse and become hopeless about this type of bloody service.

Please take the matter with department concern and requested to solve my problem. Since there is no any toll free no. of Micromax customer care so no any body like to continue this issue and due highly expensive call @Rs.1.5 per minute with customer care..
