BSNL CUG plan is not working while charges has been deduct

I have a CUG group of 8 BSNG mobile numbers, and my BSNL no. is 9457205295. It was working good from past 1.6 year but suddenly on 1st june 2015, It has stop working while my balance for CUG charges been deduct on 1st-June-2015. Now I am been charged while calling on group no.s. I have complain many times in BSNL customer care but no one respond well and the Executives in customer care does not respond well and disconnect the call in between. I am very disappointed with BSNL services and with the response of there customer care.
Kindly go ahead and do the needful.
