BSNL services failed. no action has been taken yet

I m from noida. And now I m having a problem with BSNL . we have a bsnl landline and broadband connection and the thing is that it has been disconnected since 20-dec-2014 even after the bill payments. I have complained personally in the sec-19 noida,BSNL office but no action has been taken yet. When I talked to the AGM there ,he refused to take action instead he suggested us to take a new connection and that of airtel. The officers there are niether loyal to thier jobs nor to the customers complaints.
Because of it me and my children are suffering. My children being students need this connection as they are not able to do full justice to their studies and the learning process.
Hence I would just request you to take action against them and please get our connection repaired .I will be waiting for the reply and action to be taken
