Since the purchase of this iBall product in March 2016, have been only facing problem, either with the charger, or the device not getting charged (though there is suppose to be warranty and guarantee period). When taken to the service centre at Vasai, either they don’t want to talk/look into the problem or they don’t intend to comply with the required solutions. In August 2016 matter worsened, though they replaced charger, thereafter the device’s screen cracked. iBall suggested to repair costing rs. 4400, whilst the cost is rs. 7,999/-, they later said they will pay me rs. 6,000/-. I asked them to explain how they arrived at this figure, which they not answering, hence on Sept. 10th by registered AD have returned them the envelope they had sent TOTALLY UNOPENED to ATTENTION:MR SANDEEP PARASRAMPURIA. Their Gen. Mgr. Mr Lawrence Damlet is now trying to divert the issue and use cheap tactics to deprive a consumer of their hard earned money, as he knows the place of my work.
