Purchased 1 ton Lloyd a/c from Pathak Plaza, Club Town Greens, Shop no, 7 Kolkata 700055 on 8/4/16. The shop keeper told installation is free of cost, but they charged Rs. 1020/- for installation. Moreover, no warranty card have been provided. Pl provide WARRANTY Card and Refund me Rs. 1020/- which was charged for installation.
