I have recharged my BSNL mobile with Rs.29/- as Net Pack of circle Punjab but when I use my mobile for surfing my actual balance has w. off by BSNL. I have written my email to BSNL Department But no reply has received till date.

didn’t get good customer service and promised to to helped but no response was gained..same plans consisting of same amount and and plan was not successfully activated. lack of customer care interest. amount deducted from the main balance , without the plan being activated.

this is the worst service provider who do not care to pick up the calls. specially the nodal officer prahlad and his team continuously make fake promises and then they stop picking up the calls. even customer care escalation are of no use as no one hears to the customer care.
