I had purchased a Mobile Phone from Balaji Telecom,Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur on dated 10th June,2015, details are :-

At the time of purchasing shopkeeper offered me an Insurance also which validity is of one year and the insurance company name is PICKME.
This last Thursday-Friday night on dated 17th July,2015 at around 00:10 A.M. , I met with an accident (as the another biker was coming in wrong way in Mansarovar,Jaipur) while going back to my residence from my office my mobile comes out from my pocket and got damaged ,screen is broken and the touch is also not working.
Due to having excess work schedule I did not had time to got to shop for do the needful for repairing with using the Insurance Facility.When I went to shop on Sunday on dated 19th July,2015, shopkeeper told me to call on the Pick Me Insurance Company, I called there but there was no service as it was Sunday.When Monday morning on dated 20th July,2015 I did call to Insurance agent , Insurance agent told me that I need to put complain within 48 hours, I told them that this was not tole me earlier at the time of taking insurance, or there is no any written paper which consisting this.
Kindly do the needful as this is a complete cheating with me.
