I purchased a micromax cg666 cdma mobile (black) from snapdeal.com. invoice date-26th feb. 2015, invoice no-s35071/14-15/273. from new condition the handset was in ok condition except navigator key and key “5” doesn’t work properly. so i gave it to micromax service centre, b.c road, burdwan on 18/07/15. they deliver it to me on 27/07/15. but at the time of delivery i couldn’t check the condition of handset was ok or not because there was no charge in battery (but when i hand over it to service centre the battery was full charged). later i found that there are so many problem in this handset. then i have a doubt about the set when i discovered that there are so many unknown names were saved in the phone memory. i checked EMEI no of the set by dialling *#06# it was not matched with the EMEI of retail invoice from snapdeal.com.
but the EMEI no of sticker which was stucked behind the handset just below the battery was same with the EMEI no of retail invoice from snapdeal.com. its mean that somebody has changed the sticker of my handset with a faulty handset’s sticker and delivered me a faulty other handset intentionally.
