When private corporate higher official/mgmt fail to take enough job, they take cruel decision to reduce middle/lower class employees who are not able to meet their need, if one month salary doesn’t come to them. Very first, if higher officials decide to reduce their allowances / expenses, there is not need to reduce lower class employee or they can take decision in reduction of allowances for all employees in proportionate manner instead of removal of staff. Instead they are doing huge exploitation by taking resignation in compulsive manner to avoid paying any settlement amount to them. Individual staff rarely resist so as to get exp certificate in hope of getting new job but in case of recession, rarely get the suitable job.
