Myself Prasenjit Mukherjee from 13/1 Ramkrishna Byelane Chatra Serampore Hooghly,West Bengal India, Pin-712204. On 08.08.2015 have purchase a INTEX ACQUA Y2 ULTRA Mobile, IMEI No. 911452100551325 and also purchase a SanDisk 8GB memory card from RELIANCE DX MINI (ADD- 112 A/1 N.S.Avenue,Serampore,Hooghly, Land No. 033 26523182) for my sister on 08/08/2015 and payment done by my debit card.
On Sunday 09.08.15 we find that it has a speaker problem, means with whom i am talking he/she is unable to listen any thing.
On Monday 10.08.15 my sister and my father went to RELIANCE DX MINI for complain and asking for replacement but they directly show them the way of service center at serampore, name- JOY
ENTERPRISE ( ADD-Agnisha Appartment,19 Mukherjee Para Lane, G4 Serampore,Hooghly,Phone 03326528311) .
On Tuesday 11.08.15 I have called on INTEX Customer care and they told no service center is their at serampore and through sms they send me address of service center at kolkata then I went To
RELIANCE DX MINI, and that sales person insist me to go to that service center because if the service center told then only they can replace my mobile, I went to JOY ENTERPRISE and cam to know they deal
with SANSUI,LAVA,LENOVO,INTEX. They have taken my phone and give me a job sheet( job sheet code: 508115084020T001) and told me within 7 day I will gate a new same mobile, but I have got a system generated sms from JOY ENTERPRISE that my cell they have received for repairing. They also told if I have purchase it from any normal shop then replacement can be done on same date but as its Reliance so I have to wait at-least 7 days and its a rule.
On 19.08.15 INTEX SERVICE CENTER told it requires 1weak more.
On 24.08.15 my sister have visited Intex Service center and they told it will take 7 to 8 day more. I have contacted to INTEX Customer care they told it will take 15 working days and cut my call. I have got a call from reliance and commit me within 48hr problem will be solved as I have written my problem on reliance digital facebook page.
Today 08.09.15 STILL I HAVE’T GOT BACK MY PHONE FROM SERVICE CENTER
Please help me I don’t want any mobile of INTEX and also don’t want to purchase any phone from RELIANCE DX MINI.
I want my money back and also want to give them (INTEX & RELIANCE DX MINI) a lesion for the harassment which I have faced for them and for their product. I want compensation from INTEX & RELIANCE DX MINI as I have purchase a new Mobile for my sister as her last phone
was stolen but now she is without any phone. Now a days its a major problem to communicate without mobile.
PLEASE HELP ME. IF YOU WANT I CAN SEND ALL DOCUMENTS.
