I bought a Samsung Power Bank of 9000mAh . Its totally defective. Not working at all. not taking any charge neither it is charging any phone.

I requested for return with replacement of a new one. But no reply from their side yet. neither their customer care support picks up any call. customer care support is not at all toll free and it just keeps people on hold for hours.

    Hi Team Yepme,

    I did place an order this morning 05-Jul-15 order # 14279190. If was buy one get one free order and when order got confirmed it just ordered for 1pair of shoes and any was charged from my debit card of 349 INR. When called customer service representative was informed that I just ordered one pair and can get a refund in 6 days which was incorrect info..

    The second time when I placed the order it was for 4 pairs and the order # is 14281101 and the amount charged from Debit card was 547/- INR.. I need my 4 pairs of shoes as shown in the display while I have confirmed my ordered. When spoke with customer service representative she told I have placed multi orders which is not right.. Please find my attached snap shot of order for reference.. Request you to please look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest.. My contact # 9916782575. I don’t want to take this to a higher level please get this shorted.
