I have buyed a juicer dicer from HomeShop18.
When I got the product it was damaged. So, i called on costumer care no. and they told they will replace it. I send the product from DTDC courier on 28 of November 2015. It reach there on 30 of November 2015, i checked on DTDC website. And when i called them and they are telling that they have not got the product. I want the new product or i want full refund with cost of shipping and courier. Please help
