I had purchased Panasonic Eluga Icon in dec 2015 and after just three months of use it started giving trouble.
On 26 feb 2016 i had submitted my phone to nearby service centre due to some circuit problem in that. And i received the cell on 6th April 2016 i.e more then after your maximum service time period.
When i received the cell I noticed that, there was a dent on the upper left of the body so I returned the cell for repair.Previously, when I had submitted my cell at that time there was not a single dent on the body, then how is it possible that after repair I’m getting a dented product.
And the behaviour of your customer representative is more pathetic . I’m calling customer care for some support to sort out the problem but no one is bothered to help the customer and give a call back.
Now I except full refund of this manufacturing defected product asap. Hopefully this matter is escalated to concerned person and problem if resolved soon.
