I am Senior Citizen residing at Vadodara City Gujarat facing problem of defective refrigerator detail of case as under.
I have purchased Samsung 496 Ltrs. Refrigerator Model no. RT50H5809SL/TL
bearing Serial No.0BDW04.DG300113B manufactured by M/s. Samsung. PURCHASED from M/s Vijay Sales Ltd., M-Cube Mall…… for a sum of Rs.62000….vide invoice no..261-VAK04-15SI 558 dated 23/04/2015.
1. Product found problem of water accumulation.
2. No. of service engineers and senior engineers visited to resolve problem and assured for quality repair and extended warranty.
3. Unfortunately problem could not be resolved.
4. Requested for refund of amount paid initially denied by management as a policy matter.
5. After repeated request agreed on phone giving option of either refund or replacement of product and requested to submit required documents . Submitted documents as required at service center Vadodara for refund. Documents ie cancelled cheque of my account, copy of invoice and ID proof.
6. I inquired for refund it was informed that now management has approved replacement with Guarantee from date of original purchase not after replacement.
7. I requested to agree for fresh Guarantee for date of replacement which was denied.
8. On confirmation on proposal for replacement with Guarantee from original date now I am informed time limit of approval has expired and fresh approval needs to be taken which is surprise for me that replacement approval has time limit.
I have lost my faith in company and my patience and cooperation extended by me is being taken as my weakness.
I request for help to get refund .
