Complaint against Mismatch , defected & wrong product

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased 2 Samsung guru mobiles handset from site dated 23.03.2016, I received the product as on 28.03.2016 evening as further information please check quote :

Dear Whaaky Team,


This has ref. to my mail dated 28.03.2016 (8:00 PM) regarding receipt of 2 nos. of mobiles against my above order no S801331264 for your product “2 Samsung Guru E 1200″. In this context, I would like to once again submit this complaint that against the order, your courier had delivered the packet on 28.03.2016 evening, supposed to be containing 2 nos. of good mobiles. In good faith, i made the payment of Rs. 1549/- to the courier in cash.

After opening the packet, I was completely shocked to find 1-mobile completely fake & the other one was damaged with screen separated & also one charger fake & the other one not functional.

The above complaint was given to you on 28.03.2016 at 8:00 PM. Requesting therein for redressal of my complaint by REPLACEMENT or by REFUND of my amount.

I regret that till now, i have not received any response to my above complaint & would once again request you to kindly inform me immediately without any further delay.

Looking forward to your response.


Currently whaaky team not responding from the last three days. I already mail to them 2 to 3 times but i have not received any response from whaaky side.
