AFTER SALES SERVICE OF RELIANCE DIGITAL IS VERY POOR. AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS THE SALES PERSONS EMPLOYED BY RELIANCE DIGITAL CONVINCE THE CUSTOMER TO ALSO AVAIL THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY SCHEME. THIS IS ONLY A MEAN TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER AS, IN CASE OF ANY COMPLAINT THEY AVOID ATTENDING TO SUCH TYPE OF COMPLAINTS. EVEN THEIR CUSTOMER CALL CENTRE NUMBERS ARE EITHER TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE OR ARE NOT ATTENDED.
