This complaint is regarding the poor service facities provied by the “certified” service centre of SONY COMPANY, Sony Authorized Service Centre Showroom No 55,Sector-5, Swastik Vihar,Mansa Devi Complex Panchkula.. I have been to this so called certified sony service centre in for repair of my SONY Digital Camera Cybershot DSC-W630/NC E32 to your service centre at Panchkula on 2nd week of April 2014 vide job No. J40956386. The staff out there do not attend the customer properly,initially they had not informed us about the charges for repairing the camera which had water in it,we were under the impression that they won’t be charging any amount since we were informed about this by one of the dealers of Sony(they mislead the customers). They don’t even have the basic etiquette to deal with a customer. My camera had some water entrapped in it. When we got the camera they charged Rs 675 from us, But very to a surprise till date the service centre is unable to repair my camera.They had neither provided the job sheet nor the bill of the camera(both the clauses mentioned in sony service centre).After the lapse of just 2 hrs after charging the camera,it wasn’t in working position. They weren’t even ready to listen to any of the customers’ problems, and asked us to pay 1200 for further repair.This kind of response is just not acceptable. We have totally lost our faith in sony ericsson since that day.
I humbly request you to look into this matter and take appropriate actions against the mentioned service centre ASAP and repair my camera aswell without any further delay otherwise I’ll have to seek help from consumer court. Also, i am attaching my job sheet which we received from them after requesting them for so many times.kindly, update me on the time it would take to get it repaired.It has almost been 3 weeks since i gave those phones for repair.
