Dear Sir,
I was purchased a postpaid 3G sim card (Mob no 09610-392-999) of Vodafone Rajasthan from their authorized office. After a few days i was felt that the service provide by Vodafone is 2G at many places when i complaint it then Mr. Ravi from Vodafone Ratanada Office just put a mail to their system regarding 3G network problem. But the problem remains same.

Regarding the same, i was wrote a mail to vodafone on 23rd august that till the time they are not going to solve the network related issue, i was not going to pay the bill. and if they have any issue they can move towards the Honorable Court.

they didn’t give any reply to this mail till 19th September. once again i wrote a mail with all the screenshot of my phone which can prove that there is no network at certain time/place.

Sir today itself they barred outgoing service of my mobile no as i was not pay my bill as i wrote to them very earlier.

Every time Vodafone people trying not to contact to me as none of their mail contains their no.
today i call to vodafone customer care and ask for the contact no of vodafone Raj nodal office he was provide me but eve after 32 minute of waiting on call my call didn’t get any responce.

Kindly help me or suggest me what to do.
I have all evidence of my 3G Connection/ Service interruption/ No network screen shots.
