Complaint for Micromax mobile service center

I bought a DOODLE 2 device on 1st week of May & unfortunately I had to visit to your service center within a week only after purchase of device & I submitted my device to your Noida Sector 18 service center on 5th May’14 vide Job reference no R1405fupe9551485 & my device problem is that lock button stopped working & since then I am continuously following it up with your service center team with no resolution.

Just imagine within a week my device gets submitted in your service center & till now have no clarity about the delivery date, as per your service center staff the device’s part is not available.
Can anyone help me out resolving my problem or should I forget that I had bought Micromax’s product.
