Took new connection 20/02/15 – 9737556660, 9737446660, 9737826660, 9737686660 from Stuti Communication.

1st Mistake – My Name is Rohit Sinha, however in your account my name is Mr. ROHIT K SAXENA. Though, I had given an ID Proof – Passport.

2nd Mistake – 08/07-15 – I had given documents through mail as well as hard copy and had mentioned my Email ID as rohitsinha2402@gmail.com , however in your account my emailed was rohitsinha3402@gmail.com. Which I had rectified on

Impact of Mistakes:-

I was not getting any bill from April to June 15 because of wrong ID mention in Company id i.e. rohitsinha3402@gmail.com however my correct id is rohitsinha2402@gmail.com.
I had received first time detail bill on 20th of June of all months.
First time I come know that I have been not into Easy Share 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/- on 20th of June.
23/04/15 – REQUEST FOR DUPICATE BILL BECASUSE BILL NOT RECEIVED.

Store Visit:- When I visited to Stuti communication on 27-03-15, I had requested for Easy Share 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/- in my all accounts. Simultaneously on the same time I got SMS C1-41937122159 of activation Easy Share 2.0.”

EASY SHARE 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/-
Criteria:-
– you must minimum 3 connection & Maximum 9 connection
Feature:-
– CUG among all connective connection
– Only on Primary number Rent worth Rs 2400/- will charge & rest connecting plan will charge Rs 99/-.
– Need to activate POFU– to avail the benefit in Primary & secondary numbers of EASY SHARE 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/-.

3rd Mistake – 27/03/15- C1-41937122159 –I had requested for EASY SHARE 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/- Plan in all my numbers. In number 9737556660 EASY SHARE 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 900/- has activated instead of EASY SHARE 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/- that should be effective – WITHIN TWO HOURS. However EASY SHARE 2.0 5 GB @ rental Rs 900/- has not linked with my other number.

Store Visit:- When I visited to Stuti communication on 27-06-15, they said that, “we have not received your approval of Easy Share 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/- that’s why your plan has not changed. Simultaneously what I can do that will adjust your bill charge exorbitant amount will waived off month on month bill.”
However I told him to waive out this entire amount which was not as per Easy share 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/- but without any approval after my visit suddenly he has linked my other numbers Easy share Plan 900/- has already activated.

4th Mistake – 29/06/15- C1-46257172034 – In number 9737446660, 9737826660, 9737686660 EASY SHARE 2.0 5 GB @ rental Rs 900/- has activated instead of EASY SHARE 2.0 20 GB @ rental Rs 2400/- IN MY above mention Plan – AFFECTIVE WITHIN TWO HOURS. However EASY SHARE 2.0 5 GB @ rental Rs 900/- linked with my other number.

Impact of Mistakes:-
– However they were charging normal plan rent as well as EASY SHARE 2.0 5 GB @ rental Rs 900/- on my 9737556660.
– Internet Charges – Charged exorbitantly
– APRIL MONTH BILL – RS 6587/- – PLAN NOT CHANGED
– MAY MONTH BILL – RS 6823/- – PLAN NOT CHANGED
– JUNE MONTH BILL – RS 5703/- – PLAN NOT CHANGED
– JULY MONTH BILL – RS 9828/- – PLAN NOT CHANGED (After EASY SHARE 2.0 5 GB @ rental Rs 900/- in all number)

27-06-15 – c1- 46256213930 – billing discrepancy registered complaint registered – committed to resolved within 04/07/15 at 07:19 am, however no respond came from your Side & though I was waiting for your respond, however my all numbers service were discontinued on 08/07/15, due to I had to pay bill.
