Complaint no. MMX29041525501, Job sheet number “N031598-0415-16104236 (15th April 2015)
Model – Micromax Knight A350,
I gave my mobile Micromax Knight [A350] for repairing on 15-Apr-2015 with job sheet number “N031598-0415-16104236” at VI communication – Jagatpuri [Delhi], and on same date they send it to head office, as my discussion with Mr. Rohit Choudhary (09873059784) SM Micromax service center Jagatpuri, Delhi-110051, because they were not able to repair it.
I personally visited this service center for more than 5 times & every time they say the repairing is not done in head office & you have to wait for more days.
When I call to customer care number after 15 days on 29th April 2015. It was then the customer care executive generate complaint number and told me that it will take 30 days from 29th April 2015. It means no one is taking care of my phone till that date and if I did not call, my phone will be put like junk somewhere in Micromax office.
Micromax customer service is worse than worse. Customer care numbers 1860 500 8286 is not working 3 days in a week and another number +91-124-4811000 is never connected to customer care or head office.
After 45 days of mental harassment, I call again to customer care to get the information about my mobile (hoping that finally it over and my mobile will be ok now)
But Head office person Miss. Monika told me to wait for 7 more days of harassment. And after 7 days when I again call back to customer care number, the person Mr. Vikas told me that my complaint showing 15 more days for repair.
Now I know, what cost a person have to pay for believing on an Indian Brand like Micromax.
Now last option for me to go to Consumer Court on this matter, I want you people to replace my mobile or give my money back (immediately within two days), and compensate for my time, money and mental harass you people are doing to me.
