Due to the complaint in my new Handset Mi 4i which was purchased on 2015 mid-October for Rs.8999, as per the Mi customer care sent it to the Service centre of Mi located
at Ahmedabad Gujarat Qarmatek Services Pvt Ltd. Have sent the same and received acknowledgment from service center regarding the same.

Mi complaint number is 1214705
As per the mail communication from service center the handset problem was resolved and has shipped on 2016 Feb 24 through Fedex courier service to my address in Kerala.

The shipment was made on 2015 FEBRUARY 24 and 11 WORKING DAYS has passed since that, and I didn’t get any responses on this until I started following up on the shipment.
As the shipment didnot arrive and I didnot get any calls, I tried to contact Mi customer care and they have informed the handset is already shipped via Fedex and have to contact Fedex for details.
When I called Fedex Customer care enquiring the courier status from their end they have updated me that THE PACKAGE IS TOTALLY DAMAGED. A TROLLEY HAS FELL DOWN ON MY PACKAGE WITH HANDSET AND
IT GOT DAMAGED.
I have neither get any claim amount from Fedex nor the device from Mi.I have contacted customer care support of both fedex and mi several times.They always tell me to wait.But its almost a month I ma waiting for.Still no solution.
