Complaint of non responsiveness by your customercare/authorised service centre and head office telephone operator

This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased Micromax E471 model last year. Since March 16 i am facing problem in dialling the numbers so i visited your authorised service centre at Swargate in Pune on 19 April 2016. They told me it required software update and i handed over my phone to them on 19 April 16 and collected in the evening.

But problem didnt got solved hence again i visited your another service centre Infinity solutions today, to my utmost surprise these people(Jyoti Panhale) asked me to go to swargate sevice centre only. I raised objection also but nobody tried to help me out and kept the same stand that your job sheet is open at swargate service centre so you need to go there only.
I spoke to your customer care numbers also(01244811000) with Dipanshu/Shashi and Pankaj but everybody said the same thing apart from Dipanshu, on the contrary Shashi and Pankaj dared to disconnect my calls.
Then i even called your corporate office and your telephone operator said to call on customer care only and disconnected my call.

Even i spoke to Rahul at swargate service centre and he confirmed me that your jobsheet is closed.

Kindly let me know what should i do with such kind of highly non customer oriented persons you have.
