I am M.Baalaaje a regular customer of Mahindra(MPL Saligramam) for the past 7 years. My first Mahindra vehicle was Logan in the year 2008.My next vehicle was Mahindra Scorpio(LMV car) in 30-09-2011 and the no is TN 04 AH 8889. The vehicle was serviced regularly in MPL Saligramam. In March 2013 during my journey to Tirunelveli the car had some problem in the A/C in Villupuram. So I went to the MPL service station in Villupuram. But they did not respond properly and denied to service the car. So after returning to Chennai, I left my car in MPL Saligramam for service. Later my car was delivered saying that the fault was rectified. But continuously I met with the same problem and was serviced for 4 times for the same problem. But still the A/C fault has not been rectified correctly. Recently on 06-05-2014 on my way to Madurai in Scorpio car, I faced the same A/C problem very badly on reaching Trichy. So I went to MPL service station in Trichy. They told to change the A/C coil. But earlier in Saligramam service station, I was told that they had changed the A/C coil already. So I was not able to travel in Scorpio car further. So I had to leave my car in Trichy and hired another car to Madurai. So I am badly in depression. Later returning to Chennai on 11-05-2014 I had left my car again in MPL Saligramam. I was planning to buy Mahindra XUV 500 for this year but seeing your poor service and performance I have lost hope. SO please do the needful and reply me at the earliest.
