This is regarding our complaint of wall fan, complaint no. for the same is FC 292404 raised on 14th of March-16,we would like to express our disappointment on your unsatisfactory services and product.
We expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company such as yours. Unfortunately, we can’t help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.
In the past 1 year, we have had complaints with one of our wall fans for around 4-5 times. The motor so far has been changed THRICE, which has usually failed in next couple of days.
Whenever we have raised a complaint, it has taken atleast 3 days from the agency’s side to visit for the same. Apart from this they NEVER give any tentative date to resolve the problem. We need to take CONTINUOUS follow-ups from them on regular basis, without any positive response.
They are unable to detect or understand the actual issues in the product. And they take atleast 20 days & more to replace the same. It usually takes a month to resolve the complaint each time and besides that they are not able to resolve that completely.
We are not able to get the benefit of warranty, as the product lies with company most of the time for repair.
I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances.
