I HAD PURCHASED A KARBONN MOBILE [MODEL NO. S360] – IMEI 911436850614763 FROM M/S POORVIKA MOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED, MALLESWARAM, BANGALORE – 560003 VIDE INVOICE NO. MALL/1355 DATED 09/09/2015. IN MARCH 2016 THE SYSTEM BECAME UNFUNCTIONAL DUE TO WATER SEEPAGE INTO THE SYSTEM. I GAVE THE SYSTEM FOR REPAIRS TO YOUR AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTRES, M/S B S ENTERPRISES, NO.7, SLN BUILDING, AYYAPPA TEMPLE ROAD, JALAHALLI CIRCLE, T DASARAHALLI, BANGALORE – 560057 [PH: 080 41226999 – MOB: 9901303999]. YOUR SERVICE CENTRE REPORTED THAT THE SYSTEM PCB IS TO BE REPLACED AND DEMANDED RS. 4800-00 WHICH WAS GIVEN BY ME ON 04.03.2016 AND THE SAME WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BY THEM VIDE THEIR RECEIPT NO. 905 DATED 04.03.2016. THE SYSTEM DID NOT WORK FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS. I RETURNED THE SYSTEM TO M/S B S ENTERPRISES ON 19.03.2016 FOR REPAIRS AND TILL NOW THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RETURN BACK TO ME ON MY MOBILE NO. 9342546425. REGARDS, MOHAN T K
