With reference to above, I deplore to bring to your kind attention that my car “Honda Amaze model 2014, bearing the Registration No.KL2 S 2552 got serviced at your authorized service center “Muthoot Honda” Kollam last on 15/06/2015. And further I used the vehicle till 27/06/2015 without encountering any problem. But on 28/06/15, evening while running from Bharanikkavu to Kundara ( State High way) during rain , the vehicle engine got struck and the car halted on road near Kallada. After trying thrice, I could restart the vehicle and then directly brought the car on 29/06/2015 (9 AM) to the aforesaid service center for necessary rectification of the said complaint. The service adviser there checked the vehicle and informed me that this occurred due to entry of water in to the engine and is a major complaint. Hence I approached the insurance company for claim. However they denied it, stating that there is no provision to entertain this sort of complaint as per insurance norms.
As you know, the Bharanikavu Kundara road is a state High way and during occurring this complaint of my vehicle, umpteen numbers of vehicles were passing through the road without posing any engine trouble. Indeed, it has elapsed hardly a year since I purchased this car. And moreover, I got extended warranty too for engine performance.
Nevertheless, the service adviser out rightly declined to impart the facility of extend warranty to my vehicle. Under the circumstances, I am facing severe problems in delivering my duties and in addition incurring huge expenses towards taxi fare to move out. At this juncture, I strongly plead you to immediately look in to it and provide me with a substitute vehicle until my vehicle is got rectified under the coverage of extended warranty.
