My iPad is stuck in DFU mode which is supposedly quite common but I cannot get it working again. I have been to the Apple store today and they can’t get it working either. The iPad is very rarely used and is in as new condition – the staff at the Genius Bar in the Apple store remarked on it.
Because the device wasn’t bought from them and it is out of warranty any resolution must be under Consumer Law which is something I now need to take up with you.
I intend to call in at my local store for a resolution to the issue which as I see it is a faulty product but wonder if you have any thoughts about the issue please. I have a report from the Genius Bar in the Apple Store which states the product was purchased on 28/12/13 and the serial number is F4KL605DN19N.
