I have taken membership (in name of my wife) of country club on 3rd of Jan 2016. At the time of sales everything was committed that they will provide everything. But while actually booking i got to know that only stay will be provided and with some additional costs as well.
So, i requested the cancellation of my membership on 7th Jan 2016 itself, but however i haven’t heard any thing from them till now. I was charged Rs70,000.00, looking for the amount to be credited back.
