DAIKIN ACSPLIT Abruptly stopped functioning right from the date of Purchase

1.) That on 26th April’2014 the complainant purchased one AC SPLIT DAIKIN,M/No.FTC50PRV16 from CAPITAL ELECTRONICS VIP unit of Anand & Co.Electronics Pvt.Ltd., vide Cash Tax Invoice No.APP/771/14 Dated 26/04/2014 and installed on 29/04/2014 vide Job card No.677 dt.26/04/2014, Photocopies of which are attached herein for your reference.
2.) That the ACSPLIT abruptly stopped functioning totally on 27/03/2015
and the matter was immediately reported to customer care with Reg.No.CCU150316214. Photocopy of the Service Centre receipt is furnished herein.
3.) That the ACSPLIT started functioning after rectification by your service engineer on 31/03/2015 but without full satisfaction as DAIKIK, the branded company demand in market; it was informed to your service engineer.
4.) That the ACSPLIT was put to use upto December’2015 and switched off for the whole winter season. It was again put to use on 12/04/2016, the ACSPLIT once again totally failed.
5.) That the Complainant immediately reported the matter to Customer care on-line and also complained by SMS.
6.) That your service engineer once again attended on 26/04/2016 and serviced in a routine nature with a billing amount of Rs.3,200/= and hardly satisfied us with his technical skill. Photocopy of service completion certificate attached herein for your reference.
7.) That immediately on put to use it is functioning little bit with additional problem of droplet of water inside the room and till date the Complainant is suffering due to defect of ACSPLIT.
8.) That the complainant immediately informed to your service engineer, Mr.Amal Roy,c/o Mr.Pallav Banerjee over phone and lodged complain to your customer care cell by SMS again.
9.) That the ACSPLIT had been supplied defective and they have to make good the losses suffered by the complainant.
