i purchased the item by online shopping
i received the damage item
and after making complaints .. tradus is sending email and saying to send item back
but they are not ready to listen about courier charges .
i am keep asking them why i should bear the courier charge when i am in loss ??
i need your help now.
please help me. solve this ..
they have closed my case. by giving reason that i have not made the courier ..
even if it not my fault .
