I lost my DDA refund cheque. I contacted ICICI bank, Koramangala branch, Bangalore, to cancel the lost cheque and issue a new one. They asked me to submit the indemnity form and other details so that they can reach out to the concerned team. After following up with them for 4-5 momths, they told me there is no update from the Delhi Nodal bank and the documents has been returned bank. And the bank manger asked me to contact DDA directly as they cannot do anything in regards to this.
There is no contact available in DDA website for these kind of issues. Please help me on this.
