I PURCHASED A MOBILE BATTERY FROM EBAY ONLINE. THE RECIEVED BATTERY IS NOT RECHARGING BEYOND 70%. IT ALSO TAKES 4.5 HOURS FOR RECHARGING OF 70%.
I REQUESTED FOR REPLACEMENT OF SAID BATTERY I PAID FULL AMOUNT TO EBAY. SUPPLIER IS TELLING TO SEND THE BATTERY BY COURRIER BY MY CONVIENCE. EBAY IS NOT HAVING CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS . IT IS ALWAYS BUSY. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SENT AFTER GETTING FULL AMOUNT IT NOT MY MISTAKE. I WANT REPLACEMENT . MY ORDER DETAIL IS :
