I have purchased Morphy Food Processor- Essential 600 of Morphy Richards on 26/12/2015 from Ezone outlet situated at Big Bazaar. EDM Mall, Kausambhi, Ghazaiabad, U.P.
I have made 8 complaints, some of the complaint Nos.are 9195930 dated 02/02/2016, 9223359 dated 06/02/2016, 9225901 dated 07/02/2016, 9354869 dated 02/03/2016, and 9264440 dated 15/2/2016. I do not recollect the other complaint numbers.
I am fed up of the Defective ‘Food Processor- Essential 600 of Morphy Richards’ and humbly requests you to kindly replace the Defective ‘Food Processor- Essential 600 of Morphy Richards’ with superior model. I am ready to pay the difference amount of the two.
I have also made complaint to Morphy Richards for replacement of the same.
It is necessary to state here that today 07/03/2016 at around on 10.58am one Mr. Manish from Bajaj service centre from Mob. No.8459018153 called me and said you are free to file a consumer complaint against Morphy Richards for defective food processor in any Court.
This is the response of your team, I feel ashamed of buying your product. Even I had gifted one food processor to my friend on his marriage who has gone to U.S. I am thinking of his plight and trauma which I am facing here at India by your customer unfriendly approach.
You are requested to kindly do the necessary for the replacement with superior model or refund my amount and take back your defective food processor.
