I had purchased Samsung galaxy core prime mobile on 14/1/15. Unit having problem of poor voice/ gobbled voice. unit submitted to samsung service centre Okhla phase 1 on 20/4/15,11/5/15,14/5/15 & 3/6/16 for repair. Problem could not be resolved till date Since service centre was unable to set the problem right, it recommended to Samsung to replace the unit. Samsung turned down the proposal. Service centre returned the unt saying that nothing more could be done & that problem is by default. Matter brought to notice of CEO’s office. As per their advice, unit was submitted to service centre on 14/5 & again 3/6. Now CEO’s office is not taking any action to resolve the problem. Unit is within warranty ( one year) but Samsung not honoring its committment. PC Gupta 9818006329
